ABUJA – The British Council in Nigeria has said that it supports the 17th International Arts & Crafts Expo (INAC), running from November 18 to 30, at the Arts and Crafts Village in Abuja, to “create a unique celebration of creativity, culture, and collaboration”.
A statement from the British Council in Abuja said that this year’s event is extra special as it coincides with the National Festival of Arts and Culture (NAFEST).
“As part of our commitment to empowering creatives, we’re spotlighting 20 of our talented alumni who will showcase their artistry at this prestigious event. From innovative designs to traditional craftsmanship, their work highlights the incredible diversity of Nigeria’s creative sector,” it stated.
“The expo brings together artisans, creators, and culture enthusiasts from across Africa and the globe to exchange ideas, foster international relations, and celebrate the rich heritage of arts and crafts,” the statement said.
