SAPELE – JESUS Solution Christian Bible Delivrance Ministry, also known as Solution City, located at Ajomata Elume Junction in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State, celebrated its 2024 Annual Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service with a powerful message of gratitude and giving. The event brought together worshippers, dignitaries, and community leaders to celebrate God’s faithfulness and contribute to the continued growth of the ministry.

In his keynote address, Ven. Gideon Onovughe, the guest speaker, encouraged the congregation to cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving, recognizing God’s blessings in their lives and committing to the work of His kingdom. He emphasized the importance of both spiritual and material generosity in supporting the church and humanity at large.

Bishop Prophet Dr. Ambassador Kingsley Majemite, the General Overseer and Senior Pastor of Solution City, expressed immense gratitude to God for His faithfulness in guiding the ministry through its journey. Speaking to journalists, Bishop Majemite reflected on the church’s growth and progress, calling this year’s Harvest Thanksgiving Service the “best” in the ministry’s history. He acknowledged the challenges along the way but praised God’s sustaining power, thanking the Solution City congregation for their unwavering support.

The service also featured a series of special recognitions and awards. The Council of Africa Youth (CAY) presented Bishop Majemite with an Ambassador of Peace award in recognition of his dedication to promoting peace and his selfless service to humanity. Additionally, the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Sapele Local Government branch, honoured Bishop Majemite with the title of Ground Patron for his outstanding contributions to the community and his leadership in the church.

As part of the celebrations, a special appreciation service was held for the retiring Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Sapele, SP Harrison Nwabuese. The church presented a cash gift of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (#500,000) and a Standing Fan to the retired officer in recognition of his years of dedicated service to the people of Sapele.

Another highlight of the event was the coronation of several distinguished individuals as Elders of Solution City, in recognition of their exemplary service to the church and community. These individuals were celebrated for their diligence, commitment, and contributions to the growth of the ministry.

The ceremony was graced by several distinguished guests, including the immediate past DPO of Sapele, SP Harrison Nwabuese, his wife, Bishop Palmer, Prophet Nwosa Fetus, and the PDP Chairman of Sapele Local Government, alongside other prominent community figures.

Bishop Majemite concluded the event by thanking everyone who attended, reaffirming his commitment to the work of God, and praying for continued peace and prosperity for the people of Sapele and beyond.

This year’s harvest service was not only a spiritual gathering but a celebration of community, unity, and the shared commitment to advancing the kingdom of God through both faith and action.
