The forthcoming edition of the popular monthly interview discourse, Boiling Point Arena, promises to be an exciting session as former President Olusegun Obasanjo will be firing from all cylinders to x-ray the state of governance in today’s Nigeria.
Boiling Point Arena will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2024, via Zoom and is to be transmitted live on two radio stations, WASH 94.9FM, Lagos and Sweet 107.1FM, Abeokuta.
This coming edition of the global online discourse is the 26th instalment since its debut in November 2022. Kick-off time for the interview is 8 pm over a two-hour duration.
The topic of discourse is: “One-on-One Interview With Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, His Legacies In Governance and Today’s Nigeria”.
The once-in-a-month current affairs programme with an incredibly large online followership, is the brainchild of the Convener, Dr Ayo Arowojolu, a media professional with 34 years of multi-varied work career spanning the media, banking and education sectors.
Obasanjo who has had the sheer grace of ruling over the nation for 12 years is eminently qualified to make a thorough assessment of the Nigeria Project and pinpoint at what point exactly the fortunes of the once-acclaimed Giant of Africa began to nosedive.
