Yemi Olanrewaju, the coach of Enyimba International of Aba, is hoping for a good result when they travel to Yenagoa for a date with Bayelsa United.

This is as the coach is relishing their win over Ikorodu City in their last match last week.

He is delighted after his side pulled out that late goal to beat Ikorodu City FC in a match day nine NPFL encounter.

Recall that a 92nd-minute header by Adiukwu Moses off Imo Obot’s corner kick ensured that the People’s Elephants secured the maximum points against the Oga Boys.

Olanrewaju gave credit to his boys for reacting quickly enough to restore their lead, noting that fatigue also contributed to his team’s poor sharpness.

“Ikorodu had nothing to lose. They were good, and I knew they would come all out on us. We are the ones who have something to lose.

“If we had drawn or lost this game, it would have been hell. I won’t be happy, but the most important thing is we got the job done, and I commend the boys.”

Enyimba will next travel to Yenegoa for a date with Bayelsa United on Sunday, November 3rd, in a match day 10 encounter.

“We are very optimistic of a good result on Yenagoa and I want the boys to take the match to them,” he said.
