Chelsea have clicked into gear under new manager Enzo Maresca and they can extend their winning run to three games across all competitions when they host a Barrow side who have impressed in the fourth tier so far this season.

The Blues are unbeaten across their last three matches and have won each of their last two to nil in away victories at Bournemouth (1-0) and West Ham (3-0), helping propel the London side to fifth in the Premier League table.

Watford made their way to the third round of the Carabao Cup thanks to a fantastic start to the season, but they’ve struggled over the last couple of weeks.

The Hornets have taken one point from the last nine available, losing 4-1 at Norwich at the weekend. The last thing Tom Cleverley’s side needs after that drubbing is a trip to the champions.

City have tended to tear Watford apart in previous meetings, having scored 29 times across the previous six encounters between the pair. The Citizens infamously thumped them 6-0 in an FA Cup final, while the last two clashes at the Etihad have seen City score 13 times.

AFC Wimbledon reached round three of the Carabao Cup following a 2-2 draw with Premier League new boys Ipswich Town in the second round and we predict another flurry of goals when Newcastle roll into town today.
