Boniface To Miss Brest Vs Leverkusen UCL Clash Following Traffic Incident

October 22, (THEWILL) – Bayer Leverkusen forward, Victor Boniface, will not participate in Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League fixture against Brest following a motor vehicle incident on Sunday. The Nigerian international sustained minor injuries when his Mercedes collided with a lorry on the German motorway.

The 23-year-old striker documented the aftermath through social media posts, sharing footage of his damaged vehicle and injuries, including images of blood on his arm. German media outlets Bild and Kicker confirmed Boniface’s absence from Tuesday’s team flight to France.
