Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago has said that the reconstruction of Bangi road in Mariga Local Government Area of the State will be included in the 2025 budget.
The Governor made the disclosure in Bangi, Headquarters of Mariga Local Government Area of the State while inspecting road project in the area in continuation of his Statewide project monitoring tour over the weekend.
He said the road, which would connect to other neighbouring States, will boost farming activities, especially as the people of Mariga are engaged in massive agricultural activities.

The Governor while explaining the prosperity in agriculture, enjoined youths to embrace it to improve their lives.
Member representing Kontagora/Wushishi/Mariga/Mashegu Federal Constituency, in the House of Representatives Abuja ,Hon. Abdullahi Idris Garba, Speaker Niger State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abdulmalik Sarkin Daji and the State APC Chairman, Alhaji Aminu Musa Bobi in their separate remarks, gave kudos to the Governor for the remarkable projects his administration is executing and assured him of their continued support.
They however called on the people to continue to show understanding and support to the present administration in the state.
Meanwhile , Governor Umaru Bago also inspected the remodeling of the Aminu Isah Kontagora General Hospital, Bangi.
