Omala LG Poll: Egbita Commends Omalites For Successful APC Wards Rally

LOKOJA – As the APC round up its ward to ward rallies in Omala , the former aspirant for the House of representatives for Ankpa Olamaboro Omala federal constituency, Honourable Abel Egbita has commended the people for their show of love and sacrifices for the candidates of APC in the Saturday 19 October, 2024 election.

This is as the APC stalwarts, Ambassador Isaac Onuh, Hon. Umar Yahaya, member, House of Assembly: Laz Akubo, Daniel Yusuf, James Baba and hosts of other dignitaries have assured victory for the party.
Hon Abel Egbita who is also the APC youth coordinator for the Kogi East gave the commendation at the grand finale of the wards rallies held today, 17th October 2024, inside the main bowl of Central Primary School Abejukolo, headquarters of Omala LGA
Hon Egbita noted that the turn out of the eligible voters across the communities for the rallies signified the acceptance and positioning of the Chairmanship candidate, Hon. Edibo Mark Ameh, all the Councilors’ hopeful and the ever soaring All Progressive Congress in Omala and Kogi state .
He said , the choice the people have made today to vote for the APC would not be taken for granted even as the candidates have the credentials to turn around the fortune of Omala Local Government Area.
He acknowledged the abundant human and material resources available in the LGA would be adequately harnessed for the good of the people.
He advised the chairman , Hon Edibo who in few hours from now, by the grace of God would be validly declared winner to justify the confidence repose in him by working hard to inspire, improve, impact positively on the lives of the people.
Similarly, the host of Hons. Isaac Onuh, Hon.Umar Yahaya Connect, Laz Akubo, Daniel Yusuf and James Baba have assured the people that the APC will overwhelming win the election.
They revealed that the APC has become the new bride in Omala and Kogi state as those who were to provide opposition and stiff competition in the election have willingly ditched their parties and joined the voyage for a landmark political destination.
” We are assuring you that the candidates of our party are the best. They are tested and trusted. And now that you have vowed to give them your votes on Saturday, you have made the best choice.
” Your votes for our candidates is a vote for liberation and for the total development of our land. We have assembled your servant leaders and they have resolved to making you their priorities. And together we will build a new Omala that will be a pride to all of us.
In his thank you speech, the man of the moment, Hon. Edibo Mark Ameh congratulated the people for making him their choice and promise to keep them indelible in his plans and Programmes.
While reaffirming his commitment to making Omala great calls for hands to be on deck and to be vigilant to recreate the ideals and aspirations of the founding fathers.
According to him” i see a new Omala where everyone shall have a stake. My administration will be people centric. We will work for the people to ensure the pitfalls that bedeviled our land is completely wiped out. We can do it, if only all of us are determined to achieve the goals” He echoed.
He , however called on the fellow contestants and their supporters to play the game by the rules and not to involve in activities that will cause break down of law and order , stressing that in every contest there will be loser and winner, hence, the outcome on Saturday should be accepted with honour.
Meanwhile, he thanked Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and the APC for creating conducive environment for him to fly the flag and assured of working within the ambit of the development agenda of the present administration for the general good of the people
