Nickelodeon Breaks Pinata World Record To Celebrate ‘Dora’

Nickelodeon celebrat­ed the second sea­son of Dora with 1,800 pinatas at the 78th Annual East Los Ange­les Mexican Independence Day Parade.

The children’s cable net­work’s contribution to the parade set a Guinness World Record with 1,800 pinatas of various shapes, colours, and sizes.

Diana Zermeño, the voice of Dora in the series, was a co-grand marshal of the pa­rade.

Dora, a CG-animated re­boot of Nickelodeon’s Dora The Explorer, premiered its second season on Para­mount+ on Friday. The first season debuted on Nickelode­on and Nick Jr. channel on Monday.
