Lawmaker reiterates Tinubu’s commitment to ‘Renewed Hope’ agenda

The Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), Hon. Aderemi Oseni has reiterated the commitment of President Bola Tinubu to the Renewal Hope Agenda.

This is as he made disclosure that the Federal government will soon commencement of the Federal roads nationwide.

Oseni who decried the deplorable conditions of the Federal roads nationwide noted that the situation is affecting commerce in all the regions.

The lawmaker who assured the people of the commitment of Tinubu to fix the economy especially the stabilization of the Foreign Exchange rate during his visit to Oyo state Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) in Ibadan on Monday called for the support of the people.

He recalled that President Tinubu on assumption of office in 2023 declared State of Emergency on the Federal roads which is an evidence that the situation predated his administration.

Oseni submitted that the Country is understanding a process of a change after which normalcy will return.

President Tinubu, according to him has all that it takes to return the country to his glory as the giant of Africa.

The various challenges confronting the Country are surmountable but the leadership need the support of all and sundry to achieve the set goals.

“Tinubu is not the cause of the challenges we are currently facing including bad roads across the nation, the challenges goes beyond the current administration.

“Tinubu is trying to ensure that all problems created by previous administrations is resolve.”

Speaking on purpose of his visitation to APC Secretariat, Oseni said he was at the party Secretariat to condole with the party on the demise of it’s late chairman, Isaac Omodewu, thank party faithful for their support toward his emergence, and discussed with the party on how the party will regained power in the state come 2027.

He however urged members of the party to join hands as a stakeholders and foster unity, calling on all executives of the party to come up with a blue print that will return the party to power in 2027.

In his remarks, the acting Chairman of the party, Alhaji Olaide Abass thanked Oseni for deem it fit to visited the party Secretariat, saying the party is proud of his giant stride of touching lives of his constituents.

Highlight of the event includes donation of N10 million operational allowance to the party by the lawmaker.
