Firm launches ColendiMind to power finance, banking sectors

Fintech innovator Colendi AI has introduced ColendiMind, a sophisticated AI system designed to power financial institutions’ decision-making, client experience, and loan performance worldwide.

Colendi AI, after success in Istanbul, intends to expand into other markets by opening a regional office in the Middle East and Africa early in 2025.

The artificial intelligence (AI) platform ColendiMind, created by Colendi AI, has officially debuted and is intended to transform the banking and finance industries.

ColendiMind, which combines large language models (LLM) and machine learning (ML) to improve loan performance, customer experience, and decision-making, is a critical tool for banks and other financial institutions that furthers the goal of democratizing access to AI in finance.

The platform enters the scene with a full suite of AI modules, including automated customer care, fraud detection, client segmentation, and tailored credit scoring, at a time when financial institutions are looking for smarter, more effective solutions.
