The Ark of Light Food and Emergency Bank, Lagos, over the weekend opened its doors to over 1,500 families in need on the 19th of September, 2024.

The bank, since inception in 2023 has been a steadfast supporter of less privileged families in Lagos and surrounding areas.

In response to Nigeria’s escalating inflation and food scarcity, the September 2024 Open Pantry Day provided crucial relief. Families received essential items, including rice, beans, pasta, noodles, vegetable oil, palm oil, yam, semovita, clothes, shoes, toys, and financial aid.

Prophet Isaiah Macwealth, founder of Onesound charity, which runs the Ark of Light Food and Emergency Bank, has been unwavering in his commitment to eradicating poverty and hunger.

His philanthropic efforts serve as a shining example of compassion and empathy. As the bank continues to transform lives through its Open Pantry Days, it reminds us that making positive impact is the true essence of life.
